Eartech HUB - Six Person Full Duplex Wireless Intercom Package
UltraLITE Single are self-contained, full duplex wireless headsets with one speaker. They include a flexible gooseneck microphone boom assembly that swivels 270 degrees to be worn on either left or right. Single muff headsets are preferred by users that need to keep one ear free / open to monitor their ambient environment while communicating.
Since all UltraLITE headsets are field programmable, the base systems listed below are expandable and can even be incorporated into a HUB or Interface system to accommodate your growing needs.

UltraLITE Double headsets provide professional pro audio performance to demanding production crews across a multitude of industries that need to talk while working with their hands.
These specialty wireless headsets feature all electronics including a compact radio built inside the ear cup. This streamlined design eliminates wires and belt packs.
In addition the systems operate without complicated base station repeaters. This means that UltraLITE Double are not only rugged and simple to use they are affordable too.
All complete UltraLITE come packaged in a softside carry case for safe storage and transport to your “On Location” jobsite.

The HUB is a revolutionary digital repeater that provides full duplex wireless communication to larger production staffs. This versatile Mini Base weighs only 9 oz. and can either be placed strategically “on location” or belt worn. When clipped comfortably it moves seamlessly with your group allowing crews to talk simultaneously within a 400 yard range.
Two operating channels are built-into the HUB circuitry so that separate groups of four can talk privately, and pressing the conference button combines the two conversations creating an eight person open line. A dual pin jack is included that allows addition of a wired headset extending the talk net to nine users. For those projects where the talking pattern needs to be expanded even further two HUBs can be linked together increasing capacity to 16 transceivers all connected in full duplex.
The HUB features a dual power option, rechargeable Lithium battery and AC wall plug (both included). The battery can be charged externally, is field replaceable, and also charges when the HUB is operating under wall current.

This self-contained, “All in One” design eliminates wires and belt worn radios. And since UltraLITE do not require complicated base stations users can remain in constant full duplex voice contact even while on the move.
Standard UltraLITE intercoms provide instantaneous wireless communications for crews that need to communicate without pushing buttons. At the heart of these systems is a specialty base headset called the “Master” that relays the digital signals generated by up to four “Remote” units. The resulting open line talking pattern allows up to 5 people to talk simultaneously allowing them to work with their hands.
All UltraLITE headsets include EARTEC’s Auto Mute Mic boom\ technology. These specialty microphone assemblies feature an internal micro switch that automatically mutes the headset mic gain when set to the UP position. Using AutoMUTE is a simple and efficient way to mute your microphone signal.
A terrific feature of UltraLITE systems is that the Lithium Polymer batteries (included) charge externally and are field replaceable. This allows you to purchase and keep spare batteries on hand extending the run time of your system indefinitely. A multi-port charger is included with each new complete UltraLITE intercom that features positive LED indicators. When the batteries reach full charge the corresponding LED turns from red to green indicating that the battery is ready to go.
Eartec’s Softside case is designed specifically to store your entire intercom and is included with purchase of every new system. Constructed of waterproof nylon material this compact headset bag / case keeps your system organized and protected. The molded hard plastic handle also makes transport easy and convenient for on location jobsites.

UltraPAK are compact, powerful full duplex transceivers designed specifically for crews that need hands free, voice communication and also require discreet, lightweight headsets. This traditional beltpack / headset configuration affords the flexibility of selecting between midweight and lightweight headsets and provides outstanding full duplex performance within a 300 yard range.
UltraPAK are the smallest full duplex radios on the market weighing only 2.5 oz. They feature an ergonomic cabinet and a military clothing / belt clip. The silicone sealed microphone mute button includes an LED that illuminates red when engaged indicating that the microphone gain is cut off. A volume control assembly includes 5 “Up or Down” settings, and the headset jack is a simple, robust, 2 pin style.
Another terrific feature of UltraPAK systems is that the Lithium Polymer batteries (included) charge externally and are field replaceable. This allows you to keep spare charged batteries on hand extending the run time of your system indefinitely.
Up to eight UltraPAK transceivers can be connected in full duplex through The HUB, a digital repeater that includes two channels of communication. Pressing the CH combine button links all UltraPAK in the system.
An added benefit is that HUB transceivers can be utilized as an additional beltpack expanding the capacity to a crew of nine all communicating in full duplex. When two HUBs are interlinked the talking pattern can be expanded even further up to 16 users. The featherweight Cyber and lightweight Monarch are the most popular headset models for the UltraPAK because they feature a discreet back-band design that provide a comfortable unisex fit. The SST, a miniature ear bud with lapel mic is a popular “talent” headset.
If you need to add full duplex wireless to an existing, permanently installed wired system in an auditorium, church, or production studio then the HUB Interface with UltraPAK is an affordable, sound solution. The HUB Interface is a software controlled module creates a seamless audio link allowing up to 8 roaming wireless users to communicate with the wired system in full duplex just as if connected by a floor cable.
