- Plans auto-renew month-to-month after the initial minimum term until cancelled or changed.
- Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time, without penalty. Cancellations are billed to the end of your current monthly billing cycle date or your plan’s minimum term, if applicable.
- Incoming voice calls are free to the satellite phone user with the exception of calls coming through Two-Stage Dialing and the optional dedicated US number (where the user is billed per minute of the inbound call).
- Included monthly airtime applies to landline/cellular, other Iridium phones and voicemail.
- Additional usage will be charged according to your plan’s published rates. Unused airtime does not carry forward month-to-month.
- Pool/share monthly voice airtime with users on the same account.
- Calls to check voicemail are considered outgoing calls
